RECENT WORK AND MUSINGS
Time for a personal post! I’m sharing our anniversary photos, which I was able to DIY at home without an extra set of hands. DAR Constitution Hall is one of the most iconic Washington, DC wedding venues. The tall marble columns and views of the Washington Monument make it a complete show stopper when combined with the O’Byrne Gallery for wedding receptions. BEHIND THE LENS
Director, curator, documentarian, photographer, storyteller. Inspired by history, culture, and the stories that connect us.
My family immigrated to the United States as refugees, leaving their lives behind in search of a brighter future. With all their worldly belongings contained in the suitcases they carried, the scant photographs that crossed the ocean have served as a lifeline to stories untold, allowing me to piece together my family legacy, one image at a time. Decades later, I discovered photography as a medium to document my travels (37 countries and counting!) and encapsulate the joy and happiness that each new adventure brings.
Currently booking for 2023 and 2024 weddings in Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, and beyond.
