Liz and Ted exchanged vows at the charming Rams Head Inn last fall in the New York Hamptons. Nestled on Shelter Island, Rams Head Inn was the perfect venue for their laid back wedding day with waterfront views and cedar shake siding that so perfectly embody the Hamptons. Ted spent his summers vacationing on Long Island, and with so many of their family members local to the area, it was a no brainer for this duo. Shelter Island is only accessible by ferry, and I adored making it my home base for the weekend. Their senior pup Libby joined us for portraits, and she was the sweetest addition to their portraits. Al fresco dining in the backyard of Rams Head Inn was the perfect way to cap off their wedding. A few weeks after their wedding, I received a heartfelt thank you note from Liz and Ted, letting me know that Libby crossed the rainbow bridge shortly after the wedding- making those photos we captured with Libby some of her last. It truly highlighted for me why my work is so important to the families and patrons I create with.
