Sharing Emily and Garrett’s wedding at District Winery that I photographed last November. Equal parts modern, chic, and full of fun, Emily and Garrett eloped during COVID and were so excited to finally party it up with their loved ones. You may remember their stunning California engagement that we shot in Anaheim, and they surely did not disappoint when it came to their District Winery wedding celebration either! Emily and Garrett selected a gorgeous palette of berry hues paired with dark green velvet. I loved Garrett’s suit paired with the wood tones at District Winery and the pops of embroidered lace in Emily’s dress. We lucked out with beautiful weather for their wedding photographs pre ceremony. Since the sun sets earlier in November, we completed all of their portraits ahead of time, and they tied the knot as the sun set over Navy Yard in the background of District Winery. You may recognize a few familiar faces in the photos, since I photographed Emily’s brother Matt and his beautiful wife Lisa at the Baltimore Zoo a few years earlier.
