Wedding season is finally over! I am so appreciative and blessed by all the amazing clients who came into my life this year. I’m also ready to take the next month or two off to rest, make plans for the upcoming year, and do some traveling. We spent an amazing 10 days in Japan, and are heading out to SoCal and Maui over Christmas and New Years (I’ll be shooting a few engagements out there with my West Coast clients, so it’s not all play!). In January, we are headed to Curacao, and we’ll celebrate our five year anniversary in the Galapagos Islands in May! We were¬†those people that got married over Memorial Day- which is funny, and a little ironic now as a wedding photographer because I’m constantly turning away inquiries for that weekend in order for us to spend time together on our anniversary.

I thought it would be fun to share some of our holiday photos that we took back in October- every so often I’ll get in front of a camera, and it’s always a good reminder about how strange it can feel! Thank you to my dear friend Yen who helped snap these for us- of course the first thing I said as I was editing through these was, “Look how cute Nugget is!!”. #dogmom. I’ve got some other upcoming posts planned, but if I don’t see you soon, have an amazing holiday season and New Year!.
